Human Face

The self-portraits represent three faces of the artist, contemplating the contemporary world. The first, through chiaroscuro, reveals its labyrinthine complexity, rendering it increasingly indecipherable.  The second stages the deconstruction of the World and Humanity, and the last, through the artist’s two faces, one bent and the other upright, imprisoned by the weight of a paving stone, depicts the struggle of Thought and Art against the violence that is destroying the world.
